I’m Amraj Lally.

A decade ago, I looked at my reflection and saw a troubled, plump, awkward boy with unrefined glasses and a fluffy moustache. I rushed to find articles and books on self-improvement. I trawled through pages and pages of so called ‘expert advice’. I sampled different diets, endured different fitness regimes and emulated the steps from how-to-guides on being more confident.

How would I sum up most of what I read?
Big claims, little substance.

I’m here to help you, by giving you bite-sized articles of tried and trusted self-improvement information.

You can find out more about me on my personal website.

“I realised that there is no final transformation.
No single after picture. Life is equal parts
self-acceptance and continued self-development.”
